When you use SixPoint, you upload market data (technical indicators, options chain CSVs, etc.) for analysis. This data is sent to third-party AI services for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the analysis you requested. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide.

Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions: Paid tiers (Pro, Advisor) are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds: Contact us for refund requests. We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time from the app sidebar. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or complete.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
