SixPoint is an AI-powered options analysis platform operated by Evolvera Finance LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at sixpointai.com.

We collect the following categories of information: Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials (managed by our identity provider, Supabase). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile email and name. Usage data: Analysis history (tickers analyzed, timestamps), trade journal entries you create, alerts you configure, and your subscription tier. Financial market data you provide: Technical indicator text, volatility data, and CSV files (options chains, GEX data, max pain, put/call ratios, order flow) that you upload for analysis. This data is market data, not your personal financial account data. Payment information: Managed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or other payment details directly. Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics via error monitoring (Sentry).

To provide analysis: Your uploaded market data (technical text, CSVs) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the six-point analysis. This data is processed by Anthropic subject to their usage policies. We do not send your personal information (email, name, payment details) to the AI — only the market data required for analysis. To maintain your account: Authentication, subscription management, usage tracking, and storing your analysis history and trade journal. To process payments: Via Stripe for subscription billing. To monitor and improve: Error tracking via Sentry to identify and fix bugs. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We share data with the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies: Anthropic (Claude API) — Receives market data you upload (ticker, price, technical indicators, CSV data) to generate analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy Supabase — Hosts our database and authentication. Stores your account and analysis data. Stripe — Processes subscription payments. Receives your email and payment details. Sentry — Receives error reports and basic session data for debugging. Vercel — Hosts our application. Processes web requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Analysis history: Retained indefinitely while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Account data: Retained while your account exists. Deleted when you delete your account. AI processing: Market data sent to Anthropic's Claude API is processed in real-time. We do not control Anthropic's data retention — refer to their privacy policy. Payment records: Stripe retains transaction records per their policies and applicable financial regulations.

You can delete your account at any time from the app sidebar. When you delete your account: - Your profile, analysis history, trade journal, and alerts are permanently deleted from our database. - Your Supabase authentication record is deleted. - Your Stripe subscription is canceled (Stripe may retain transaction records per financial regulations). - This action is irreversible.
